I haven't yet been approached by anyone representing legal authorities at all. I didn't download Metallica at school; I bought pirated software before DMCA...etc
So here's my (very) little bit of badass:

May the legal letters roll in

Dear Sir,
I am sorry to advise you that you have broken some very serious laws in your latest "blog post". I hereby insist that you take down this post. Also, Australia.
As you can imagine, we must assume the worst when it comes to matters as serious as this, and it is quite possible that your post has been viewed by the entire population of your country, who are now being brainwashed, even as I write this, into becoming pinko commie anarchists.
Therefore if you have not deleted your blog and your country by the end of today, we will have to take matters further. For instance, we will be forced to give you very angry looks.
Yours sincerely,
AACS LA
Damn. Maybe I should have logged out before posting that.
haha! Really, you'd think the various groups the DCMA was made for would have learned by now that taking something down increases its popularity (I'm thinking PirateBay, the DVD region hack, napster, kazaa...)
So it now appears that, seeing as neither Google nor Digg are going to acquiesce to the AACS' requests (see here and here) , noone's going to be getting any more letters anyway.
I'll just have to commit some serious crime, like listening to my CDs in my car, or watching DVDs on my computer, or using my Discman to play mp3 CDs...despite the fact that it's an mp3-Discman.
